Refunds are handled on a case-by-case method, on the sole discretion of management and some fees such as bank/transactional charges may be deducted from any refund.
Any refund request must be submitted within 30 days from date of purchase.
No refund for used sms credits will be entertained.

Unless indicated otherwise during purchase, pricing charged is per-sms and credits are loaded to your account where 1x credit equals 1x standard sms to a recipient in South Africa (a.k.a. South African sms).
Unless indicated otherwise during purchase, credits are deducted proportional to South African sms as the base. (i.e. If 1x credit for South African sms costs 29c, then 1x sms to a subscriber of AT&T in the USA will deduct 0.897 sms credit from your bundle, equal to a cost of 26c.) This enables you to use one sms bundle to reach a worldwide audience, while being charged the true and fair monetary value for each target country. As transparent as you get!
The cost per sms varies with some Mobile Networks outside of South Africa and credits are deducted according to each Network’s charges. View the charges for sms to each Network.
